Job Description:
A company is looking for a Manager of Service Excellence
Quality.
Key Responsibilities:
Responsible for overall quality and quality improvement of service
provided to internal stakeholders
Develop strategies to optimize People Center skills and enhance
resource management systems
Approve training programs, audit procedures, and oversee
implementation of improvements
Qualifications:
Bachelor's Degree from a four-year college or equivalent work
experience
5+ years of progressive experience in customer service, coaching,
or human resources leadership
Strong decision-making skills and sense of accountability
Ability to influence, drive change, and lead others effectively
Understanding of healthcare operations is preferred
