products
Identify emerging trends in observability and translate them into
product strategies
Required Qualifications
Expert knowledge of monitoring and observability with industry
trends understanding
10+ years of experience leading software engineering teams
Proven track record of defining and communicating strategic
vision
Experience in building and scaling complex distributed systems
Demonstrated commitment to fostering an inclusive team
environment
