Overview
Dignity Health Medical Group - Bakersfield ( dhmf.org/ bakersfield ) is seeking an Otolaryngologist (ENT) to join our physician led, patient centered practice in Bakersfield, CA. We are affiliated with Bakersfield Memorial Hospital ( bakersfieldmemorial.org ) a nd Mercy Hospitals ( dignityhealth.org/mercy-bakersfield ).
Responsibilities
Practice Highlights:

• Join experienced ENT in Group
• Full scope practice: outpatient clinic, outpatient surgery center and hospital consults
• Focus on adult cases with some pediatric cases
• Emphasizes high quality of care over quantity
• Dedicated MA team for efficient workflow
• Collegial work environment
• Opportunity to precept medical students Available Resources:

  • RN Triage during after hours and weekends
  • Marketing representative to help build patient panel with various media resources and connecting you with the community Compensation/Benefits Include:
    • Salary: $475,000 - $500,000/year
    • Excellent earning potential including a salary guarantee period and productivity bonus

        Board Eligible/Board Certified in Otolaryngology (ENT)
        Pay Range
        $228.37 - $240.38/hour
