Job Title: Dialysis DietitianAt Innovative Renal Care, we are seeking a highly skilled Dialysis Dietitian to join our team. As a Dialysis Dietitian, you will play a critical role in providing exceptional patient care and support to individuals with End-Stage Renal Disease (ESRD).Responsibilities:

• Conduct comprehensive patient assessments to identify nutritional needs and develop personalized care plans.
• Collaborate with healthcare teams to ensure seamless patient care and support.
• Provide ongoing nutritional education and support to patients and their families.
• Stay up-to-date with the latest clinical guidelines and research in renal nutrition.Requirements:
  • Registered by the Academy of Nutrition and Dietetics Commission on Dietetic Registration.
  • Current state licensure (if required by the state).
  • Minimum of one year of professional work experience in clinical nutrition as a registered dietitian.
